Q1: What is Stroke Buddies?
A: Stroke Buddies is a survivor-led nonprofit organization offering free stroke recovery resources, support groups, videos, and a global online community.


Q2: How do I join the Stroke Buddies community?
A: You can join our Facebook Support Group attend our free weekly Zoom sessions, or explore recovery tools and videos right here on StrokeBuddies.org.


Q3: Is there a cost to join or access your resources?
A: No. Stroke Buddies is 100% free to use. We’re powered by donations, sponsors, and the time and love of volunteers.


Q4: What kind of support do you offer?
A: We offer educational videos, survivor and caregiver stories, virtual support groups, live wellness sessions, and access to a growing recovery library—including exercises, expert insights, and soon, our AI Stroke Assistant.


Q5: Can caregivers participate in groups too?
A: Absolutely. We have spaces specifically for caregivers to connect, learn, and receive the support they need, too.


Q6: What is the AI Stroke Assistant?
A: It’s an upcoming 24/7 virtual tool that offers personalized recovery support and guidance for stroke survivors and caregivers. Stay tuned for its launch!
